Our Mission The Parent Committee’s objective is to support Children’s Tree House’s mission of operating under the understanding that children need to be treated with warmth and respect. The children served by Children’s Tree House especially need experiences that will foster physical, social, emotional and cognitive growth. The atmosphere at Children’s Tree House will be a caring environment to encourage independence, constructive problem solving, positive self-esteem and improved self worth.
Dear Fellow Parents, A while back some of us at the center were brainstorming about different things we could do to help out with the daily activities at the center to take away some of the burden from the teachers. We know how hard they work on a daily basis to build an educational and caring atmosphere for every child. We wanted to give something back for all that they do! So it was decided, to form a parent committee. Below you will find a Parent Representative for each age group. We have included a brief introduction of who we are. We all look forward to meeting fellow parents and our child’s classmates! If you would like to help out in any way or have ideas, suggestions and/or concerns please contact your parent committee representative listed. Our children are our greatest assets and it is our goal to assist them in providing quality child care benefiting the child, the parent, the staff and our community.
Sincerely, Children’s Tree House Parent Committee
Katie Hansen-Infant Room Representative Hello families! My name is Katie Hansen and I am excited to be the Parent Committee representative for the infant room. My husband, Jake, and I have been part of the Children’s Tree House Family since 2014. Our daughter, Violet, just turned 2 in August and has been coming to the center since she was 3 months old. Our son, Leo, was born in July. He will begin attending Children’s Tree House in October when I return to work. We have been so blessed to have found CTH and can’t thank the staff enough for helping Violet grow and transition to being a big sister. We are comforted knowing that we will be leaving Leo in such capable hands! We love walking in the door and being greeted by name. Words can’t express how much we appreciate the staff’s creativity, compassion and enthusiasm for education. If you have any questions, concerns, or words of gratitude for the staff, feel free to email me at email@example.com. I am more than happy to help in any way that I can!
Ashley Knadle-One Year Old Rooms Representative Hello families! I am Ashley Knadle, and you may know me as Parker and Piper’s mom. My husband is Luke, we live in Holmen and have been part of Children’s Treehouse since 2015. Parenting is tough, as is trusting your kids to a daycare. We all want the best of our kids and I am happy to be a part of the Parent Committee to represent the one year old rooms. While we value the extended family Children’s Treehouse has given us, feel very fortunate to have our kids grow along with yours, we also know that there can be questions, concerns, comments along the way. Please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns you might have.
Megan Hollnagel-4 Year Old Room Representative Hello, Children’s Tree House families! My name is Megan Hollnagel, and I am proud to represent the four year old room. My husband and I have been part of the Children’s Tree House family since 2012 when our son was five months old. He is now four years old and our other son is 18 months. It gives us such peace of mind each day that they are being loved and cared for by their amazing teachers. The staff takes the time to get to know every child’s name in the center. It’s is amazing how such a small thing can make a big difference! If you have any ideas, questions, or concerns, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com and put Children’s Tree House in the subject line. If you are unable to e-mail, please talk with Natasha or one of the teachers and they will be happy to help you get in contact with me.
